Thinking through how we give those skills to people is critical. I’m concerned that today we don’t necessarily have those skills at the mid-level of our finance organization. I’m not writing that level off, but in terms of what we need in the next 10 to 15 years, we probably need to focus on building better people skills with the younger people, right at the outset of their careers.”
